This page brings together the main sections of the Friendly World website: where to find an assistant, how to use a city page, where to open a profile, chat, blog, reviews, help center, and legal documents.
The homepage helps users start searching for an assistant for their trip. It includes search by country and city, featured assistants, traveler reviews, and links to the main service sections.
The map shows cities where Friendly World assistants are available. Users can quickly open a city page and view available assistants.
After selecting a country and city, the website opens a list of assistants. Users can apply filters by languages, support type, and service type, open an assistant profile, start a chat, or proceed to get help.
The city page shows assistants in the selected city, search filters, general city information, flights, transportation rentals, restaurants, accommodation, entertainment, events, blog articles, and reviews.
If there is no assistant available in a city yet, users can send a message to the Friendly World team or subscribe to that city. After subscribing, they will receive an email notification when an assistant becomes available there.
An assistant profile includes the assistant’s name, city, languages, support type, service type, description, rating, reviews, and available communication methods. This is where users decide whether the assistant is the right fit for them.
The For Travelers section explains how Friendly World helps users find the right person in an unfamiliar city, receive online support, and arrange additional services directly with an assistant.

Users can also manage notifications in their personal account: unsubscribe from email newsletters or notifications for cities they subscribed to.
The chat is used for private communication between travelers and assistants within the website. Users can access chat from an assistant profile, the assistants list, or through the messages icon in the top menu after logging in.
Reviews help travelers evaluate their experience with assistants. Users can leave reviews after receiving help, and other visitors can see reviews on the homepage, city pages, and assistant profiles.
