We want to make the world a more open place. We want people who travel to feel comfortable as soon as they arrive in an unfamiliar country. We want locals who sign up as assistants to be able to earn extra income by helping travelers. We want the communication between travelers and assistants to erase the borders between countries and people to live in a friendly world.
These Terms of Service govern the use of the services provided by the FRIENDLY WORLD service on the website https://www.FriendlyWorld.online.

FRIENDLY WORLD organizes communication between Travelers and Assistants
FRIENDLY WORLD provides a platform for Assistants and Travelers. Assistants are individuals whose responsibility it is to provide on-line support services to travelers, and Travelers are individuals who request Assistants’ support services. Assistants and travelers are hereinafter collectively referred to as Users.
The service provides only a platform
We provide a platform for interaction between Users and to provide on-line support services to travelers. FRIENDLY WORLD is not responsible for the quality, reliability, timeliness or accuracy of services requested and provided in public, private or offline interactions.
Because we are not involved in actual interactions between Users, you shall indemnify FRIENDLY WORLD (including our directors, agents, investors and employees) against all claims and/or damages arising from disputes between Assistants or Travelers. FRIENDLY WORLD hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability that may arise between Users of the Service.
Assistants and Travelers must be approved and verified before Users can use all FRIENDLY WORLD features and provide or request services. For this reason, in order to become a user of the service, we recommend that all our users provide a photo, links to their social media accounts, confirm their phone numbers and email addresses. FRIENDLY WORLD reserves the right to decide whether or not to confirm a user without any explanation. You can challenge the decision by contacting support at email@example.com. The information you provide to us for verification, such as email address, social media accounts, will only be provided to travelers with open (free) dates listed on the Assistants calendar. When interacting with other users, you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety. While we may perform background checks on Users as outlined above, we cannot confirm that each User is who they think they are. For this reason, FRIENDLY WORLD cannot be responsible for the accuracy or reliability of all information provided by Users through the Service. Under no circumstances will its affiliates or licensors be liable for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the FRIENDLY WORLD service and its affiliates and licensors will not be liable for any claims, injuries or damages arising from your use of the service.
The Services are intended for individuals over the age of 18. By registering to use our Service, you certify that you are over the age of 18. To access certain features of the Service, you must register to create a FRIENDLY WORLD account. You can do this either with your email address or with your credentials from a third-party social media website. If you sign up with your email address, you agree to create a unique password that you do not use with any other online service. Once you submit your email address, you will need to confirm your account after we send you a confirmation email. By registering your account, you agree to provide complete and truthful information about yourself and the on-line travel support services (as well as additional services you specify when completing your profile) that you may provide, maintain the security of your account, notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach, and take responsibility for all activities initiated by your account and assume the risks of unauthorized access.
Payment and Billing
Users contract on-line support services through the FRIENDLY WORLD service. Users contract the additional services listed in the Assistants profile directly with each other. For this reason FRIENDLY WORLD will not participate in any transactions between Users for the provision of additional services. The traveler, when making an application for on-line support services, shall pay the amount of remuneration taking into account the established prices for on-line support - 24/7 or DayTime. The Traveller shall pay for additional Assistants’ services on his/her own after the appointment. Travelers are responsible for paying the bill for each transaction. Users will be prompted to enter their credit card or bank account information into FRIENDLY WORLD and the payment processing provider. In order to access Assistants’ contact information, the Traveler must make a payment (commission fee), which is used to support the operation and improvement of the FRIENDLY WORLD platform. The fee is fixed at 8.9 USD (or the equivalent in the currency in which payment is made) for on-line support. Assistants is committed to providing quality on-line consulting assistance to the traveler without delay. The fee is charged for each application and does not depend on the number of Assistants to whom the application was sent.
Funds for payment of Assistants’ contact information are blocked in the service account until the date (plus 1 day) of the Traveler’s arrival. After the Traveler’s arrival date (plus 1 day), the funds will be transferred to the Assistants’ account indicated at check-in. Assistants are fully responsible for payment of taxes in accordance with local tax laws. If you have any questions, please contact your local tax advisor. In the event of a cancellation, the following policy applies: no fee is refundable.
Using the FRIENDLY WORLD Service, you cannot:
● users should not give any contact information such as phone number, e-mail address, social media accounts, etc. to each other before the transaction is completed when one of the parties makes payment to FRIENDLY WORLD. In this case FRIENDLY WORLD automatically provides the traveler with the contact information of the meeter;
● violate the legal rights of other Users;
● publish, distribute, publish or upload any obscene, illegal or defamatory material;
● cause or threaten reputational damage to FRIENDLY WORLD;
● keep and distribute unsolicited promotions, political campaigns, advertisements or offers without our prior written consent;
● use offensive language or images;
● spread and transmit viruses, flow messages, denial-of-service attacks, backdoors, packet or IP address spoofing, corrupted data or other malicious, destructive or disruptive file viruses, fake routing data or email addresses or similar techniques or technologies;
● encourage or direct the commission of a criminal offense or violate the rights of third parties;
● violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary rights of either party;
● to use our Service due to the spread of spam;
● circumvent or attempt to defeat any security measures or checks related to the use of the Service;
● impersonate any person or entity, falsify or otherwise misrepresent themselves or their affiliation with any person or entity;
● attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used to provide the Services.
FRIENDLY WORLD has the right to investigate and punish violations of any of the above to the full extent of the law.
Termination and suspension of the FRIENDLY WORLD account
If you are responsible for any of the limited activities mentioned above or any other Terms and Policies, we may a) terminate your access to our Service, b) deactivate and suspend your FRIENDLY WORLD account, or c) restrict your account to a particular function.
We may terminate or suspend your right to use the Service at any time, for any or no reason, by providing you with written or electronic notice of such termination. If FRIENDLY WORLD terminates or suspends your right to use the Service, you will not be entitled to any refund. All pending or accepted future transactions will be immediately cancelled. Please note that if you close your account, you will not be able to open a new account without our written permission.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS IS ONLY USED BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
Intellectual Property Issues
Unless otherwise indicated, the FRIENDLY WORLD Service and logo, images, text, videos, sound files and other files are the property of FRIENDLY WORLD. Unauthorized use of FRIENDLY WORLD intellectual property will violate applicable international laws, so you may be subject to civil or criminal penalties. The services are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of foreign countries. You hereby agree that the Services, including all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of FRIENDLY WORLD. Consequently, you shall not modify or remove any trademarks or other proprietary rights notices included in the Services. With respect to media files, you hereby acknowledge that you own the copyrights to all photographs and videos uploaded by you to the website.
FRIENDLY WORLD strives not only to provide an equal marketplace, connecting Travelers and Assistants for meet and assist services, but also to provide personal assistance to FRIENDLY WORLD corporate clients and partners, thereby promoting local small and medium-sized businesses and promoting local tourism around the world.
Disclaimer or warranty
IF YOU USE THE FRIENDLY WORLD SERVICE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FRIENDLY WORLD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AS TO THE MUSIC APPROVAL OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, CONTENT AND MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN.
FRIENDLY WORLD MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE QUALITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY LIST, ASSISTANTS, TRAVELERS, HOWSOEVER GOOD, HOWSOEVER TEMPORARY, COMPLETELY ANY COLLECTIVE CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT OUR SERVICES ARE AGREEABLE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS; WITHOUT ERROR, TIMELY OR CONTINUOUS; OR ANY ERRORS IN ANY DATA WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY. FRIENDLY WORLD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, ANY NATURE, RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, NOR FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND/OR USE OF SECURE SERVER AND/OR FINANCIAL RESOURCES.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL YOUR COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERACTIONS OF ANY NATURE, WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICE, BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE. EACH GUEST AND MEETNGREETER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SERVICE REQUESTED OR PROVIDED AS PART OF GOOD WORLD’S CHOICE OF MEETING OR GUEST. FRIENDLY WORLD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE FROM VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO
DATA, INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED BY YOU ORALLY OR IN WRITING FROM FRIENDLY WORLD OR THROUGH / FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLY.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU MEET OR WITH US DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR PROXIMATE DAMAGES, EXCLUSION OF LOSS OF DATA, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE OR SYSTEM FAILURE. ALL RISK RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL OR DAMAGE OR EMOTIONAL ABUSE, LYING TO YOU. If based on contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), product liability, and whether or not reported for possible damages, the services can not be damaged and are not associated with damages. FRIENDLY WORLD ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OR URGENCY OF ANY WORK PERFORMED ON THE SERVICE.
NO LIABILITY OF ANY LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE AND/OR
USE OF THE SERVICE, EXCEPT ONE HUNDRED TWO DOLLARS (US$100).
Reimbursement of losses
You acknowledge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold FRIENDLY WORLD and its directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, arising from (a) your access or use of the FRIENDLY WORLD Service, (b) violations of these Terms and/or the rights of other Users, (c) any content transmitted by you or using your FRIENDLY WORLD account, (d) interaction and communication with any Users, online or in person, including but not limited to. to any injury, loss, damage, expense of any nature in connection with or as a result of a transaction entered into with Traveler(s) or Assistant(s).
FRIENDLY WORLD reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise recoverable. You must not resolve any matter without the written consent of FRIENDLY WORLD.
You and FRIENDLY WORLD hereby agree to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms or relating to the Services. You acknowledge and agree that arbitration does not allow you to sue in court or by jury. The first attempt to negotiate any disputes must be made informally at least thirty days before any arbitration or court proceeding. Informal negotiations of this kind must be initiated with written notice. You and FRIENDLY WORLD agree that the arbitrator has the right to grant any remedy or penalty that would otherwise be available in court. The arbitration and trial will take place at FRIENDLY WORLD’s place of residence. You and FRIENDLY WORLD shall not initiate a class action, class arbitration or other representative action against each other.
Changes to the Terms of Service
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICIES, AND AGREE THAT MY USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THOSE DOCUMENTS.
