“Administrator” means FRIENDLY WORLD, whose responsibility is to store and process the information you provide.
“Personal Information” means information concerning a person who can be identified on the basis of that information, which is in the possession of the Administrator.
“Assistants” means users of FRIENDLY WORLD, individuals whose responsibility it is to provide on-line support and assistance services to travelers.
“Travelers” means FRIENDLY WORLD users, individuals who request on-line support and assistance services from Assistants.
2. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We will only collect and process personal information about you for legitimate reasons. Legitimate grounds include, but are not limited to, where:
● you gave your consent;
● processing is necessary to fulfill a contract with you;
● processing is necessary for legitimate interests pursued by FRIENDLY WORLD, which is considered legitimate under the Global Data Protection Policy;
● processing is necessary to comply with the legal obligation;
We collect information in three main categories:
● The information you provide to us
● The information we collect automatically
● Information we gather from other sources
2.1 The information you provide to us.
Information required to access and use the FRIENDLY WORLD platform. We request and collect the following personal information when you use the FRIENDLY WORLD platform. We need this information in order to adequately fulfill the contract between you and us and to fulfill legal obligations. Without this information, it may not be possible to provide access to the platform as well as some services.
● Account information.
● When you register on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform, we ask for the following information: your first name, last name and email address.
● Profile creation.
● To provide FRIENDLY WORLD services as Assistants, you are encouraged to add personal information to your profile before it can be verified. This information includes gender, date of birth, phone number, current location, photos, other background information such as your occupation, interests, travel preferences, other interests and self-descriptions you choose. You can also post a description of the additional services you offer Travelers.
● Profile Verification Information.
● To ensure security and mutual trust, we may ask you for a photo of your ID or other identifying information and links to your social accounts to increase your verification rate. This information is for verification purposes only and will not be publicly shared with other users or third parties.
● Payment Information.
● Communication with FRIENDLY WORLD and other users.
● When you communicate with FRIENDLY WORLD or use the FRIENDLY WORLD platform to communicate with other users, we collect information about your communication as well as other information that you provide.
● Information from your FRIENDLY WORLD activities.
● Information about you from other FRIENDLY WORLD users, such as ratings, reviews, public links and other relationships and interactions between you and other FRIENDLY WORLD users.
● Information related to payments.
● When you use Payment Services, the Payment Data Operator requests certain payment information (such as bank account or card information) in order to process payments and fulfill legal obligations.
● Other information.
● You may provide us with other information when you fill out questionnaires and forms, perform searches, update or add information to your FRIENDLY WORLD account, participate in promotions, and use other features of the FRIENDLY WORLD platform.
2.2 Information we collect automatically.
When you access or use the FRIENDLY WORLD Platform, we may also automatically collect information about you, including
Information Services. When you use the FRIENDLY WORLD Platform and Payment Services, we automatically collect information about the services you use and how you use them, as well as personal information. This information is necessary for the proper performance of the contract between you and FRIENDLY WORLD, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate purpose of providing and improving the functions of the FRIENDLY WORLD Platform.
Location Information. We may collect information about your location when you access our website or otherwise consent to the collection of this information. When you use certain features of the FRIENDLY WORLD platform, we may collect information about your exact or approximate location from your IP address to improve our service.
Usage statistics. We collect information about your interactions with the FRIENDLY WORLD platform, in particular information about pages or content viewed, search queries when you search for encounters or request services, and other actions on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform.
Payment information. FRIENDLY WORLD collects information about payment transactions on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform, as well as information about the movement of funds, the date, time and amount of payment and other data. We need this information in order to properly fulfill the contract between you and us and to provide Payment Services.
Log Information: We collect log information about how you access or use our Services, including access times, browser type and language, Internet service provider address, and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.
Information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies. We may automatically collect information using cookies, web beacons (also known as “picture tracking,” “pixel tags” and “pixel tracking”) and other tracking technologies to, among other things, improve our Services and your experience, track user activity, count visits, understand campaign usage and effectiveness, and determine whether an email has been opened and applied. We may also allow our business partners to use such tracking technologies on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform or engage third parties to track your behavior.
Device Information: We collect device-specific information when you access our Service, including your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and information about your device’s interaction with our Service.
2.3 Information we gather from other sources.
We may also receive information from other sources and combine it with information we collect through our Service. For example, if you create or log in to your FRIENDLY WORLD account through a third-party social networking site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, profile picture, connections and other account information as determined by such third-party social networking site. Some of this information may be shared with other users.
We have no control over how third parties who provide information about you process your personal information, and we are not responsible for it. All inquiries regarding the transfer of your personal information to FRIENDLY WORLD should be sent directly to the responsible third parties.
Your reviews, testimonials and reports. When a user leaves a link to you, it is published on your FRIENDLY WORLD profile with your consent and agreement. We may receive feedback about you and your actions as a FRIENDLY WORLD user from our partners and users, we may also receive information about your interaction with advertising from partner advertising networks.
3. How we use the information we collect
We use, store and process information, including your personal information, to support, analyze, improve and develop the FRIENDLY WORLD platform, ensure security and mutual trust, and comply with our legal obligations, among others:
● Manage and improve our Services;
● Protect the safety of FRIENDLY WORLD users and provide our verification service;
● Send you technical notifications, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
● Respond to your comments, questions and inquiries and provide customer service;
● Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, awards and events, and provide other news and information about FRIENDLY WORLD and other third parties;
● Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activity in connection with our Services;
● Personalize the Services, which may include providing content or features that match user profiles or interests;
● Process and deliver contest entries and awards;
● Link or combine with other information we receive from third parties to help us understand your needs and provide you with better service.
We process this information in order to properly fulfill the contract between you and us, and in view of our legitimate interest in improving the FRIENDLY WORLD platform and its user experience.
We retain the personal information you provide until your account is deleted. Deactivating your account does not delete your personal information. In some cases, we may retain certain information in an anonymous or aggregated form.
4 SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1 With your consent.
We may share your information, including personal information, with your consent and according to your preferences, for example, if you allow a third-party app or website to access your FRIENDLY WORLD account or participate in promotions by FRIENDLY WORLD partners or third parties.
4.2 Between Users.
In some cases, we may need to provide certain information, including personal information, to other users in order to facilitate service requests or interactions between users, as well as to adequately fulfill the contract between you and us.
If you, as a Traveler, leave a request for FRIENDLY WORLD services, Assistants will receive the information you agree to share.
Once the transaction is paid, we share additional information that makes travel arrangements (including phone numbers) easier between both parties to the transaction.
4.3. Profiles, lists, and other public information.
The FRIENDLY WORLD platform allows you to publish information, including personal information, and make it publicly available with the following features:
If you are a Traveler, your profile is only visible to users with whom you yourself initiate communication or share a link to your FRIENDLY WORLD profile. If you are an Assistant, your profile is publicly available, but only after you pass the FRIENDLY WORLD verification procedure.
Public information includes your name, description, city, information about the services you provide, profile picture and other media materials, electronic rating and number of transactions made, testimonials from your customers and any other. other information you choose to publish.
After completing a transaction, the Traveler and Assistant can leave reviews for each other and rate the quality of the service. Reviews and ratings are part of your public profile and can also be seen in other parts of the FRIENDLY WORLD platform (e.g. on the landing page).
Any content sent to groups, forums, blogs or social networks through the FRIENDLY WORLD platform or similar features is publicly available to all users.
Based on our legitimate interest in promoting the FRIENDLY WORLD platform, we may place parts of the FRIENDLY WORLD platform (such as your profile) on the websites of FRIENDLY WORLD business partners using widgets, APIs and other technologies. If your profile is displayed on a partner’s website, information from your public profile may also be displayed.
The information you share on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform may be indexed through third-party search engines. We do not control third-party search engines.
4.4 Additional services FRIENDLY WORLD.
The Traveler’s application may contain additional requests for third-party services (hotel reservation, excursion, etc.) the order of provision of additional services and the payment procedure shall be determined between Users independently.
4.5. Complying with legal obligations, responding to legal inquiries, preventing harm and protecting our rights.
The FRIENDLY WORLD Platform may share your information, including personal information, with courts, law enforcement or government agencies or other authorized third parties to the extent required and permitted by law.
4.6. Service Providers.
The FRIENDLY WORLD platform uses third-party service providers to help us provide services in accordance with the functionality of the FRIENDLY WORLD platform.
The FRIENDLY WORLD platform may need to disclose your information in order to adequately fulfill our contract with you.
4.7. Social media tools.
FRIENDLY WORLD may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools that allow you to share actions you take with our Service with other media and vice versa. Using such features allows you to share certain information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you set up with the third party that provides the social sharing feature. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social media sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the third parties that provide these social media sharing features.
4.8. aggregated data.
We may also provide aggregate data (aggregated information about our user base without the ability to identify users) and other information that does not identify users for regulatory compliance, market analysis, demographic profiling, marketing, advertising and other business purposes.
5. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
5.1 By analyzing your messages.
We have the right to review, scan and analyze your communications on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform for fraud prevention, risk assessment and compliance purposes, investigations and research, product development, and customer service. For example, to prevent fraud, we may scan and analyze messages that contain hidden contact information and links to other websites. In some cases, we may scan, review and analyze messages to correct, improve and enhance our product offerings. For this purpose, we use automated tools wherever possible. However, sometimes we may need to analyze some messages manually, such as during a fraud investigation, to provide customer service and to evaluate and improve the functionality of automated tools. We do not review, we do not scan,
These actions are carried out in accordance with our legitimate purpose - to comply with the law and our Terms and Conditions, to prevent fraud, to ensure the safety and proper quality of services, and to improve them.
5.2 Linking a third-party account.
You can link your FRIENDLY WORLD account with a third-party social media service account.
Some of the information provided to us as a result of account linking may be published on your FRIENDLY WORLD account profile.
Your actions on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform may be visible to your friends on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform and/or on a third-party website, for example when you choose to share your FRIENDLY WORLD business card via Facebook.
The information you provide to FRIENDLY WORLD as a result of linking accounts is published and displayed according to your settings and permissions on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform and on the third-party website.
We only collect information from related third-party accounts that is necessary to properly fulfill the contract between you and us and to comply with legal obligations, as well as information that you have given permission to share.
6. PARTNERS AND THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION
The FRIENDLY WORLD Platform may contain links to third party websites or services, including third party integrated applications, co-branded or third party branded services (“Third Party Partners”) that are not owned or controlled by FRIENDLY WORLD. When interacting with these Third Party Partners, you may provide information directly to the Third Party Partners and/or FRIENDLY WORLD. Third Party Partners collect, use and share information in accordance with their policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of other websites you visit.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
To exercise any of the rights described in this section before the corresponding FRIENDLY WORLD data controller, send an email to email@example.com. Please note that we may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding further with your request.
7.1 Managing Your Information.
You can access your information and make changes to your account settings.
7.2 Correcting inaccurate or incomplete information.
You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information if you cannot update it yourself in your FRIENDLY WORLD account.
7.3 Storing and deleting data.
We generally keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you wish to revoke your permission to use your personal information to give you access to the FRIENDLY WORLD platform, you may request deletion of your personal information and your FRIENDLY WORLD account. Please note that the following rules apply if you request deletion of personal information:
We have the right to retain some of your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention and security. For example, when a FRIENDLY WORLD account is blocked due to fraudulent activity or for security reasons, we have the right to retain certain information from that account to prevent you from re-registering with the FRIENDLY WORLD platform in the future.
We may store and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with the law.
Information that you have shared with third parties (e.g. reviews, forum posts) may remain publicly visible on the FRIENDLY WORLD platform even after your FRIENDLY WORLD account is deleted. However, attributing such information to you will be deleted. Some copies of your information may be stored in our database without being able to identify you.
The FRIENDLY WORLD platform has a system of data protection against accidental or malicious loss and destruction, so remaining copies of your personal information will be deleted from our system with a certain timeout.
We continually adopt and update administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your transmission and storage of information.
