| Обо мне | As a proud Cypriot, I've dedicated 27 years to making Cyprus a more inclusive destination for travelers with disabilities. Born and raised in Nicosia, I'm a single mom of two boys who inspire me daily. I've spent two decades working in the tourism industry with a strong background in Travel, Tourism, and Hotel Management from Frederick University. However, my journey as an advocate for accessible tourism began after a life-changing experience. In 2007, I faced a serious medical issue that left me in a wheelchair for seven months. During my rehabilitation in Germany, I realized the difficulties that wheelchair users faced when traveling. This experience sparked a passion to create a more inclusive travel experience for all. I founded Accessible Cyprus Travel to provide customized services for travelers with disabilities, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the beauty of Cyprus. My expertise includes: • Specialized knowledge of accessible hotel accommodations, transportation, activities, and rentals • Personal audits of hotels, tour itineraries, and attractions As an expert in accessible tourism, I'm committed to helping hotels and destinations become more inclusive. |
