We strive to make the world a more open place. We want people who travel to feel comfortable as soon as they arrive in an unfamiliar country. We want locals who register as assistants to have the opportunity to earn extra income by helping travelers. We want the communication between travelers and assistants to blur the borders between countries and people to live in a friendly world.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by the FRIENDLY WORLD service at https://www.FriendlyWorld.online. By using the Service, you agree to abide by and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully. Failure to use the Service in accordance with these Terms may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Service and may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.

FRIENDLY WORLD organizes communication between Travelers and Assistants
FRIENDLY WORLD provides a platform for Assistants and Travelers. Assistants are individuals whose responsibility it is to provide on-line support services to travelers, and Travelers are individuals who request Assistants’ support services. Assistants and Travelers are hereinafter collectively referred to as Users.
The service provides a platform only
We provide a platform for User-to-User interactions and on-line support services to travelers. FRIENDLY WORLD is not responsible for the quality, reliability, timeliness or accuracy of the services requested and provided in public, private or offline interactions.
Because we are not involved in the actual interactions between Users, you shall indemnify FRIENDLY WORLD (including our directors, agents, investors and employees) against all claims and/or damages arising from disputes between Assistants or Travelers. FRIENDLY WORLD hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability that may arise between Users of the Service.
User approval
Assistants and Travelers must be approved and verified before Users can apply all FRIENDLY WORLD features and provide or request services. For this reason, in order to become a service user, we encourage all of our Users to provide a photo, links to their social media accounts, confirm their phone numbers and email addresses. FRIENDLY WORLD reserves the right to decide whether or not to confirm a user without any explanation. You may challenge the decision by contacting customer support at contact@friendlyworld.online or friendlyworld.project@gmail.com. Information you provide to us for verification, such as email address, social media accounts, will only be provided to travelers on open (free) dates listed on the Assistants calendar. When interacting with other users, you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety. While we can perform background checks on Users as outlined above, we cannot confirm that each User is who they believe themselves to be. For this reason, FRIENDLY WORLD cannot be responsible for the accuracy or reliability of all information Users provide through the Service. In no event will its affiliates or licensors be responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the FRIENDLY WORLD service and its affiliates and licensors will not be liable for any claims, injuries or damages arising out of your use of the service.
Account registration
The Services are intended for persons over the age of 18. By registering to use our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. To access certain features of the Service, you must register to create a FRIENDLY WORLD account. You may do so either with your email address or with your credentials from a third-party social media website. If you register with your email address, you agree to create a unique password that you do not use with any other online service. After submitting your email address, you will need to confirm your account after we send you a confirmation email. By registering your account, you agree to provide complete and truthful information about yourself and the on-line travel support services (and additional services you specify when completing your profile) that you may provide, maintain the security of your account, notify us immediately if you suspect any breach of security, and accept responsibility for all activities initiated by your account and assume the risks of unauthorized access.
Payment and Billing
Users contract on-line support services through the FRIENDLY WORLD service. Users contract the services listed in the Assistants profile directly with each other. For this reason, FRIENDLY WORLD will not be involved in any transactions between Users for the submission of services. The Traveler, when making a request for on-line support services, pays Assistants the amount of remuneration for on-line support - 24/7 or DayTime determined by the Parties themselves. The Traveler shall pay for additional services of Assistants independently after the meeting. Travelers are responsible for paying the invoice for each transaction. Users may enter their credit card or bank account information with FRIENDLY WORLD and the payment processing provider. When accessing Assistants contact information, the Traveler may make a payment (donation) to the Platforms account, which is used to support the operation and improvement of the FRIENDLY WORLD platform. The amount of the donation is determined by the donor independently.
Restricted activities
By using the FRIENDLY WORLD Service, you cannot:
• users should not share any contact information such as phone number, email address, social media accounts, etc., with each other until the transaction is finalized when one party makes a payment to FRIENDLY WORLD. In this case, FRIENDLY WORLD automatically provides the traveler with the contact information of the meeting person;
• violate the legal rights of other Users;
• publish, distribute, post or upload any obscene, illegal or defamatory material;
• cause or threaten reputational damage to FRIENDLY WORLD;
• store and distribute unsolicited promotions, political campaigns, advertisements or offers without our prior written consent;
• use offensive language or images;
• distribute and transmit viruses, flow messages, denial-of-service attacks, backdoors, packet or IP address spoofing, corrupted data or other malicious, destructive or destructive file viruses, spoofed routing data or email addresses, or similar methods or techniques;
• encourage or instruct to commit a criminal offense or violate the rights of third parties;
• infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary rights of either party;
• use our Service due to the spread of spam;
• bypass or attempt to defeat any security measures or checks related to the use of the Service;
• impersonate any person or entity, falsify or otherwise misrepresent himself or herself or his or her affiliation with any person or entity;
• attempt to decrypt, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used to provide the Services.
FRIENDLY WORLD has the right to investigate and penalize violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law.
Termination and suspension of FRIENDLY WORLD account
If you are responsible for any of the limited actions mentioned above or any other Terms and Policies, we may a) terminate your access to our Service, b) deactivate and suspend your FRIENDLY WORLD account, or c) limit your account to a specific feature only.
We may terminate or suspend your right to use the Service at any time, for any or no reason, by providing you with written or electronic notice of such termination. If FRIENDLY WORLD terminates or suspends your right to use the Service, you will not be entitled to a refund. All pending or accepted future transactions will be immediately canceled. Please note that if your account is terminated, you will not be able to open a new account without our written authorization.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the FRIENDLY WORLD Platform is described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to third-party sites
The Services may contain links to third party resources. You hereby acknowledge and agree that FRIENDLY WORLD is not responsible for the accuracy of such resources, content and products provided on such websites or applications. Links to third-party websites do not constitute an endorsement by FRIENDLY WORLD of those websites or their content. Your use of any website controlled, owned or operated by third parties is governed by the terms of use and privacy policies of those websites and not by our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. You acknowledge sole responsibility for, and assume all risks associated with, your use of such websites or resources.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS IS ONLY UTILIZED BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
Intellectual property issues
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service and the FRIENDLY WORLD logo, images, text, videos, sound files and other files are the property of FRIENDLY WORLD. Unauthorized use of FRIENDLY WORLD’s intellectual property will violate applicable international laws and you may be subject to civil or criminal penalties. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of foreign countries. You hereby agree that the Services, including all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of FRIENDLY WORLD. Consequently, you shall not modify or remove any trademarks or other proprietary notices included in the Services. With respect to media files, you hereby acknowledge that you own the copyright in all photos and videos you upload to the website.
Partnership
FRIENDLY WORLD strives to not only provide an equal marketplace connecting Travelers and Assistants for meeting and assistance services, but also to provide personal assistance to FRIENDLY WORLD’s corporate clients and partners, thereby promoting local SMEs and promoting local tourism worldwide.
Disclaimer of liability or warranty
IF YOU USE THE FRIENDLY WORLD SERVICE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FRIENDLY WORLD DISCLAIMS FAVORITE WORLD’S WARRANTIES OF MUSICAL COORDINATION OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, CONTENT AND MATERIALS CONTAINED.
FRIENDLY WORLD MAKES NO WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE QUALITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY LIST, ASSISTANTS, TRAVELERS, AS WELL AS THE TIMELINESS OF, FULLY ANY COLLECTIVE CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES AGREE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS; ARE ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR UNINTERRUPTED; OR ANY ERRORS IN ANY DATA WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED. FRIENDLY WORLD SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, NOR AS A RESULT OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THE SECURE SERVER AND/OR FINANCES.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL YOUR COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERACTIONS OF ANY NATURE, WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICE, BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE. FRIENDLY WORLD MAKES NO GUARANTEES ABOUT THE BEHAVIOR OF USERS OF THE SERVICE. EACH GUEST AND MEETNGREETER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SERVICES REQUESTED OR PROVIDED AS PART OF A GOOD MEETNGREETER’S OR GUEST’S CHOICE. FRIENDLY WORLD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES, DEVILS, TROJAN HORSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
NO DATA, INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED BY YOU ORALLY OR IN WRITING FROM FRIENDLY WORLD OR THROUGH/FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLY.
No accountability
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU MEET OR WITH US DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR IMMEDIATE DAMAGES, EXCLUSION OF LOST DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR SYSTEM FAILURE. ALL RISK RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES RELATING TO PERSONAL OR DAMAGES, OR EMOTIONAL ABUSE, LYING TO YOU. If based on contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), product liability, and whether or not potential damages are reported, the services cannot be damaged and are not related to damages. FRIENDLY WORLD ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY OR URGENCY OF ANY WORK PERFORMED ON THE SERVICE.
UNDER NO OBJECTIVE LIABILITY arising out of YOUR ACCESS AND/OR USE, AND/OR FAILURE
TO USE THE SERVICE, EXCEPT ONE HUNDRED TWO US DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
You acknowledge and agree to release, defend and hold FRIENDLY WORLD and its directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, arising out of a) your access to or use of the FRIENDLY WORLD Service, (b) violation of these Terms and/or the rights of other Users, (c) any content transmitted by you or using your FRIENDLY WORLD account, (d) interaction and communication with any Users, online or in person, including but not limited to. to any injury, loss, damage, expense of any nature whatsoever in connection with or resulting from a transaction with Traveler(s) or Assistant(s).
FRIENDLY WORLD reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise recoverable. You shall not resolve any matter without the written consent of FRIENDLY WORLD.
Disputes
You and FRIENDLY WORLD hereby agree to resolve any disputes arising out of these Terms or relating to the Services. You acknowledge and agree that arbitration does not permit you to pursue your claim in court or before a jury. The first attempt to discuss any disputes must be made informally for at least thirty days prior to any arbitration or court proceeding. Informal discussions of this nature must be initiated with written notice. You and FRIENDLY WORLD agree that the arbitrator shall have the right to grant any remedies or penalties that would otherwise be available in a court of law. The arbitration and court proceedings will take place at FRIENDLY WORLD’s place of residence. You and FRIENDLY WORLD shall not initiate a class action, class arbitration or other representative action against each other.
Changes in the Terms of Service
FRIENDLY WORLD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, amend, supplement or remove any of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We will notify you of these changes by email. If any future changes to these Terms of Service are unacceptable to you, please stop using the Service immediately and close your FRIENDLY WORLD account. Your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of all such changes. FRIENDLY WORLD may change, modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.
I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY, AND AGREE THAT MY USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE DOCUMENTS.
